This hardworking, goal-oriented, beautiful woman slayed her session. At the age of 40 she went through an incredible weight loss journey, and she was also the grand prize winner during Lins Photo Studio's Black Friday Giveaway.

After losing 25 pounds (no small feat), Tracy was ready to feel liberated, empowered, and sexy. She came to Lin slightly nervous but mostly excited to feel confident in her new body.

“I just wanted to make sure I looked my best. Yes, I was a little nervous, but Lin made the whole experience very relaxing and pleasurable.

This shoot was everything. My self confidence was already a little shot. Because I had recently lost 25lbs at the time of the shoot, I was concerned about how my body would look, etc.

Throughout the process, I consulted with Lin on the pieces I chose for the shoot. Lin took the time to really get to know me, she made me feel completely comfortable during the shoot.”

“I felt important. I felt seen. It was all about me at that moment.

As women, we often get caught up in our daily lives. We never seem to put ourselves first. For the first time in a long time, I wasn't a wife, mom, educator, daughter, sister. It was finally my time to shine.”

Tracy’s advice for anyone contemplating a boudoir shoot:

GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD! DO IT! If you want to have a successful boudoir shoot, you need to have complete faith in yourself and your photographer. Lin is a fantastic photographer.

What I love about her is that she takes the time to get to know you. She makes you feel completely comfortable on set. Trust her. She seems to have this talent of capturing your natural beauty. You have to be comfortable in your own skin.

Trust the process. Trust the photographer. Trust yourself.”
